No April Fools here. I realized just now that I never write about Jake's mornings. Usually pretty uneventful. I wake at 5:30, get a drink, start my routine. Sometime between 5:30 and 6 Jake usually wakes. For months he would just cry, but lately he just says "Omma!" or "Appa!" I'll usually go in and get him. He has no routine, he'll do what he usually does, which is play around the house, drink a little, eat a little. We change his dippy, change his clothes, then leave by 6:35-ish.
Today we had to go to Home Depot to pick new bath stuff as we're planning to do some work in the bathrooms too. Jake loves to wander and explore, so HD is a dream for him, but a nightmare for us. There are sharp things everywhere and stuff to break. He was good when we got there, he was sitting in the cart, but after about 40 mins, he was all about roaming.
Picked up dins on the way home; kamjat'ang for us, rice, tofu and kiwi for the Jakers.
