Haircut! Mom thinks it's too short, but I like it. He was good in the chair, but got fussy toward the end.

Mom had some stuff to do at Ala Moana so we headed that way after work. We decided to eat early at Taiyo Noodles. Jake loves "pasta" almost as much as he does rice these days. Coming in a close second is kimchi, which he is asking for a lot these days. Today he kept wanting more and more. Yeah, he's Korean.

He's also saying more stuff these days, the cutest is when he makes any word with an "oo" sound. For example, "doo doo"; he purses his lips and says real slow "doooodoooo." It's very, very cute.

Me & Mrs. Jake

No blog last night b/c I went to the baseball game. Jake went to Sunhee and Lina's to hang out. I took The Bus home so I didn't get in until late.

Today was all me an Jake. Mom had to work all day, so it was just the two of us from 6 to 6. We took it slow in the AM, I made Jake's breaky (figs, cheese, and tomatoes) and I had a grilled cheese. He was restless so we went to see nana at work before his swim lesson. He fell asleep on the way so he didn't get to say hi. Although it was a rainy day, we went to his swim lesson regardless. The pool is heated and he really likes the water, so we went. There were only 3 out of about 7 kids there, so it was nice. He really is good in the water. Afters we went to see mom, ate lunch and headed home. He slept on the way, but only for a short while. As mom was on her way home, we went shopping for dins, came home, he had a bathers with mom, we ate and he slept.

Oh Wait..he had a haircut too! He looks awesome. He's so easy in the chair too. He just sits there, staring at everyone.

Didn't blog last night b/c people stayed until 11. I was tired. Jake had a big day/evening. Aunties Val and Mo as well as Uncles Jon, Ed, and Sean came over for a BBQ. He enjoyed every second of it. He loved the attention and ate it up. He went to sleep immediately after being put in his crib. Great evening.Today was great too. Met Odin and Leah as well as Liam, Sean, and Charlotte at the zoo. Everyone had a fantastic time playing on the jungle gym and looking at the animals.
Afters we went to Best Buy to do yet another exchange. Jake then got a haircut (the picture I took didn't come out) and went home for a shower. All this activity has made his mood much better these past couple of days.
